Just wanted to say thanks for all your help and encouragement. God sent the right person to me at the right time. Your easy going manner along with your knowledge took me from a high level of frustration to a level of confidence by the time you left on Friday. For the first time since I purchased the Cerec I began to believe I could get the hang of this thing. The training you provided should be standard operating procedure for all Cerec purchasers. Patterson would be wise to re think their program and have guys like you come out and do one on one training. Also, thanks for being available after you left for more help that I needed as well. It is comforting to know that if I get in a bind I can count on you to answer the phone and return my calls. You're a phone call away and that's awesome.

My experience with wiltrace was excellent. They where very professional and knowledgeable in all things cerec. I was struggling with what I had coming back from classes, I'm not very techy. But with someone over my shoulder for two days accelerated the learning curve. With the return ( second two days) was the icing on the cake fine tuned my skills. There is a still a lot I want to learn but its not stoping me from producing crowns every day in my office. My trainer was named Darin and if he is a reflection of all the trainers I would say if your struggling with your cerec don't wast any time to call them.

I am a young dentist that has come into practice with my father who had been in practice for 40 years. Over the last five years we have slowly implemented state of the art equipment into our practice, which at times has been challenging. When we decided to purchase the CEREC, one of our fears was how well my father could adapt to using the machine. In our first attempts at CEREC I had some trouble with the preps and dad had some trouble with using the machine. After Darin visited, not only were we as doctors completely comfortable prepping, using the machine, and using the new bonding techniques, our STAFF was 100% more comfortable and completely on board. Without Wiltrace, I honestly believe we would still be struggling and not nearly as comfortable using the machine. If there were any doubt we could make the CEREC work in our practice, it was gone after our in-office training with Wiltrace. Thank you Darin for making our transition to CEREC dentistry possible!!!

I've been a cerec user since 2003 and have attended many classes to improve my skills with the cerec machine. When we got the opportunity to have Wiltrace come to our office to teach us, I was more curious than excited. After two days working with Sabrina Hinkle, my cerec crowns, inlays, and onlays are more predictable to place and they look more beautiful than ever. The steps she showed us has shortened our time to design and the many tips she shared with us are invaluable. I think the biggest difference was having Wiltrace teach us in our environment with our machine with our patients. Thank you for making a big difference in our lives. Recently, the new Cerec Blue Cam acquisition unit arrived at our office to replace our existing unit.
